For many years now, hypnosis has been shrouded in mystery. The reality of the situation is that it is just a very powerful way of using your imagination and your day dreams to assist you in making changes. Today it is being used to help people quit smoking cannabis and to take back control. From what hypnosis is, to how it deals with the subconscious mind, to who is in control during the session. This article will be an introduction to using hypnosis and self-hypnosis to quit marijuana. Hypnosis for Drug Addiction

For many people when they think about the subject of hypnosis they think about the popular stage acts that cross the country. These performers use hypnosis as a framework around a show that uses the audience to preform various feats, jokes and acts. Other people think of the movies where a hypnotist is able to completely control another person with his influence and power, even in unethical ways. In the context of therapy, self improvement, and using hypnosis to quit smoking pot, this is all completely different.

The Basics Of Hypnosis

Hypnosis is nothing more then a very powerful and effective way of using the imagination to accomplish certain things. The definition of hypnosis is generally accepted as the bypassing of the critical factor of the mind, so that communication can happen with the other deeper subconscious mind. To help a person quit weed, hypnosis is used to bypass the part of their mind that might think, reason, evaluate or judge the powerful suggestions they receive during the session. This way, the suggestions are accepted and acted upon not by the conscious mind, but the unconscious mind.

The Deep Subconscious Mind

The unconscious part of your mind is the part that deals with your breathing. It keeps your heart beating and all your senses awake and aware, even when your conscious mind is off somewhere doing something else. When you drive a car, it is the unconscious parts of the mind that takes care of all the things going on around you. This way you can still carry on a conversation while driving down the road at 100 kilometers an hour. When a hypnotist tells a client to "Sleep!", instantly the conscious mind is suspended long enough that they can listen to the suggestions and install the new believes that force them to quit smoking cannabis. When it is done properly the effect is almost instant. However there are many people who have a fear about loosing control while in trance.

Fears And Misconceptions: Who In Control?

The reality of the situation is that a person’s main resistance to going into a trance and accepting suggestions to quit marijuana is fear. The more fear a person feels about being hypnotised, the more challenge they will have to endure to change themselves. The fact remains that all hypnosis is really just self-hypnosis, the trick is eliminating the fears and the misconceptions before hand. In the end it is only you that can change and heal yourself. You can’t change other people, but you can change yourself.

If you believe in yourself enough to take the advice and suggestions from someone who knows how to help you, quitting pot will be easier then you ever imagined. When you understand exactly what hypnosis is, how it powerfully affects your subconscious mind, and how ultimately it is only you in control. You can understand one thing, that you and only you can grant a hypnotist permission to help you to make the change.

Chances are that you aren’t going to be able to look back into your childhood and determine when you first became phobic of certain foods. Phobias are different than allergies in that you are not likely to have a fatal reaction to the food but the power of the mind is strong enough to make the reaction violent enough in its own right. So, what can you do to overcome the fear and move on to a healthier love affair with all foods, even those you’ve shunned before?

Mind Control

Mind Control is everywhere. It is a process that has evolved as a survival mechanism for the group. Mind Control requires thinking on a higher level than…

Universal Mind Control

To understand the process of Mind Control it is necessary to have a basic understanding of the human mind.

People make decisions on every level in a way that is unique to each of them. Those decisions are based on mental filters that are used to perceive the self and its environment. These filters are best understood in the form of questions that people ask themselves. Keep in mind that these questions are asked unconsciously therefore people are unaware of them, but they can be deduced by a person’s behaviors and the way they react to events.

You can learn how to take control of others minds here.

Where is Mind Control Used? Everywhere!
Here is a list of how Mind Control is used in everyday life:

  • Motivating a child to eagerly perform better in school.
  • Creating obedience to a religious of political figure.
  • Creating a feeling of superiority towards one group.
  • Motivating a prospect to buy a specific product or service.
  • Creating panic to sell a certain stock.
  • Instilling trust in the authority that is speaking to you on the television.
  • Creating contempt for the competition while establishing greater customer loyalty.
  • Bringing in greater revenues.
  • Bringing an attractive person into a romantic or sexual encounter.
  • Selling an undervalued product for a higher price.
  • Talking a cop out of a traffic ticket.
  • Making a spectator believe in psych abilities.
  • Causing someone to reevaluate their prior beliefs.

It is safe to say that any time you want something that involves motivating someone to do something or when people do something without questioning why they are doing it some form of Mind Control is involved, whether it is intentional or not. So we are using Mind Control all the time. Even the act of having your partner take out the garbage could not happen without some form of setup, conditioning and Mind Control. If you doubt it ask a stranger to take out your garbage and see what kind of compliance you get.

As you will learn, Mind Control requires thinking on a higher level than the subject and veiling the strings of control with the everyday distractions of daily life. As one seeks to control the higher levels of a hierarchy of power something interesting occurs. The visibility of the control becomes less obvious to the subject as they become more involved with their day-to-day concerns.

Mind Control is everywhere. Once you realize the depth of Mind Control in your life your only option, outside of paranoia, is calm, almost Buddha-like all-knowingness that recognizes the ubiquitous presence of Mind Control and to set out to use it to your advantage. While this mindset can be encouraged, no one can teach it. Only through patience, effort and a little suffering can you gain this invaluable perspective.

History of Mind Control
Mind Control is not bad in itself; it is a process that has evolved as a survival mechanism for the group. In other words, if the group could stay together in an effective way they would have a better chance of collectively surviving what the world throws at them. If one person did not confirm in thought and behavior to the group norm they could threaten the groups’ survival. They further learned that by influencing others outside of the clan in certain ways they could prevent attacks.

Keep in mind that while most of us value and tout the virtues of freedom and personal independence these are new concepts when compared to the long span of human history. Mind Control has been the rule not the exception.

Conclusion:
If this has not frightened you and you have, in fact, managed to read this far, there are only a few other things that will experience if you continue to study Mind Control.

  • Mind Control becomes an obsession, or at least a sincere interest. It will be one of those things you will want to constantly test and master.
  • Power is a tool, nothing more.

What’s Better Than Hypnosis Schools?

Anyone interested in hypnosis probably thinks that hypnosis schools are their best option for learning the trade, it’s a reasonable assumption but not necessarily correct. What then is a better alternative to hypnosis schools? Online learning of course. Online learning is the future of education not only for its convenience and lower cost but also for the breath of knowledge available that is otherwise inaccessible from traditional learning institutions.

Free Hypnotized Online HypnosisYou see, hypnosis schools generally only teach two kinds of hypnosis. They like to teach hypnotherapy, and entertainment-based hypnosis. While these are two fine professions they are not an all-encompassing view of hypnosis. In fact the type of hypnosis most people are interested in is not taught at any school, and in fact most people don’t even know what it’s called.

Instant hypnosis represents the ultimate in the hypnotic arts. Being able to take control of another person’s mind within seconds of engaging them in interaction is literally the pinnacle of what can be achieved with hypnosis. Of course this type of education will not be found in any formal institutionalized school because it is far too dangerous. Online courses like the one offered through Underground Hypnosis breaks free of the conventional wisdom that this information should be hidden, and instead passes on this hard-earned information to people who are willing to put in the effort to learn these amazing techniques.

Instant hypnosis is difficult to learn and thankfully not many people have what it takes to perfect the techniques. Imagine the chaos that would result if lots of people could easily hypnotize each other instantly. Fortunately for obfuscation and the difficulty involved with learning the process this and are you will likely never come to pass; however it is definitely interesting to read about the techniques and even try your hand at instant hypnosis.
